Emma was everything you could ask for in a real estate agent. While I was out of town for work she
took initiative and helped with everything from beginning to end. By the time I returned to town

I have worked with a few realtors in the past, but Emma was by far the most professional, knowledgeable, creative and committed. She went above and beyond the call of duty at every single stage of the selling process. She knows the market Really well and also has Great communication skills! She had some great, creative ideas all along, but she was also very willing to listen to some suggestions we had. She went above and beyond what one expects from a listing agent. The evening before the home was put up on the market, we realized we had forgotten to replace a lamp. She promptly took down a beautiful piece from her own home and installed it. Once the listing was up, she would go over several times during the week to water the newly laid sod (since the home was unoccupied). After the inspection, the buyer required a list of repairs to be taken care of, before the closing. Emma pretty much took care of all of them. She got appointments, got competitive quotes and also oversaw most of the repairs (btw her list of vendors she can call upon for almost any job is quite impressive). With my work schedule, I am not sure how I would have managed to get everything done, had it not been for Emma. I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend her! She is definitely one of the finest in the city!

Moving 1500 miles to a new city can have its challenges, but with Emma on our side, it was smooth
sailing. Through a few phone calls, we were able to acquaint ourselves and I was able to convey the
needs and desires our family had for a new home. Since we were relocating from out of town, our
time to house hunt was short but Emma was able to narrow down our options, put together a great
tour plan, and in only one afternoon, the following morning and 11 homes later, we had chosen a
new home! Throughout the entire contracting and closing process, Emma was a knowledgeable

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Emma as our buyer's representative while buying a house over the summer of 2016. Emma did a great job preparing us mentally and emotionally for the rigors of buying a house and was tenacious and fastidious in her execution.
